#1 Christmas offline coding activity – match & connect routes
This is a Christmas edition of a well known (and super popular) “Tricky motion blocks scripts” exercise. Students need to decode the scripts and connect each character with a relevant route.
In the Christmas pack that you can download below there are two “Who is coming for Christmas?” puzzles.
Kids need to connect visitors with their routes:
There are also two “Who will get which present?” worksheets.
This time, students need to connect routes to learn which gift children will find under the Christmas tree
Lastly, there are “Connect a character with his winter hut” worksheets.
The rule is the same here – kids need to decode scripts to match Christmas characters and their huts.
#2 Christmas offline coding activity – the labyrinth
There are also several “labyrinth” exercises in the Christmas worksheets pack. These worksheets resemble the Help the cat get home safely exercise.
In the first two worksheets there are different winter characters, each of them has a script assigned. Kids need to find out which of the characters will go to the Christmas hut.
Next, there are “Who will get which present?” worksheets.
The goal is to connect each kid with a correct present.
Lastly, there are “Winter characters and their huts” worksheets. This time, characters and their huts are spread over the gris. There are also snow drifts as obstacles!
