What time is it? – The ScratchJr turn blocks matching game

This is a “match and connect” activity to learn about ScratchJr turn blocks (turning left and right).
It is also a great way to practice telling time and reading a clock.
Combine a lesson on time (analog clock) with some coding!

There are two columns with analog clocks on each worksheet.
Each analog clock on the left has a match on the right side of the sheet.

Students must carefully analyze clocks and turn blocks on the left side of the sheet and decide which clock on the right side corresponds to it (after moving hand of the clock).

This activity can be carried out offline (without the use of tablets).

  1. Hello Weronika,
Nice to meet you! I’ve found your ScratchJr work on your Pinterest page. It’s seems to be really interesting and I would like to use part of it with my pupils in coding and robotics during my classes at robotics school!
Thank you for your reply !
    Have a nice day!
